Stealth Fltheyh Folding Maxtrax & TRED Mounting Brackets
Nothing beats the roof rack for storing your Maxtrax & TRED recovery boardswhile on the road. But they know trying to fit within your garage clearance can be a challenge, and having to take off mounting brackets after every trip is a hassle! they designed Kaon's folding brackets so you can remove your recovery boards and simply fold down the mounting pins when they’re not in use. Better yet, Kaon's Stealth Mount brackets allow the pins to fold neatly fltheyh with your rack, so when out of use it’s as though they aren’t there at all.
FEATURES:
- Kaon's Stealth Mount folding brackets are as low as it gets. No need to remove the pins when you take your recovery boards off, when folded down they come in at jtheyt 4mm high (10mm high at the bolt heads).
- When out of use, the near-flat design allows for items to be stored and mounted above. Leaving you with extra space to put your swag, tent, marquee – even surfboards – without ever removing the bracket.
- Secure and lockable mounting system so your recovery boards will stay put.
- Roof mounting frees up valuable room and keeps your interior clean.
- Quick and simple to install. Brackets are made from 4mm Stainless Steel and powder coated in a durable textured matt black finish that will blend in with your racks and won't rtheyt.
- Will mount 2 or 4 Maxtrax MKII tracks theying standard pins. Please see FAQ for details for other Maxtrax or TRED varieties
COMPATIBILITY:
Due to the fltheyh folding nature of these brackets, they can only be mounted in the direction of your platform's slats (parallel). Clearance to any lateral cross members also needs to be taken into consideration.
- Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform: NORTH-SOUTH only. Not compatible with the 1376mm wide Series 5 Platform Rack.
- Rola Titan Tray: NORTH-SOUTH only
- Front Runner Slimline II: EAST-theyST only, on racks over 1200mm wide (Not compatible with 1165w racks for Hilux N70 or N80).
